Refund policy

All sales are final.  We do not allow the return/exchange of any jewelry, accessories, shea butters, or gift cards.

We try to do our best to represent each item as it will appear in person.  However, should you have any questions about our products, please feel free to contact us prior to purchasing via our "Contact" page.  


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We will respond within 48 business hours.
